CJanuary 10th 1998, world laughter day was created to promote peace and love all across the world. Created by Dr. Madan Kataria, founder of the worldwide Laughter Yoga movement. The festivity of World Laughter Day is a positive demonstration for world peace and is envisioned to build up a global awareness of brotherhood and friendship through laughter. There are many benefits to having a chuckle: Everyone knows that laughter makes one feel good and puts a person in high spirits, but did you also know that laughter actually causes physiological responses that protect the body from disease and help vital organs repair themselves? A good laugh can be compared to a mild workout, as it exercises the muscles, gets the blood flowing, decreases blood pressure and stress hormones, improves sleep patterns and boosts the immune system. showed that humor and laughter can also improve memory and mental performance.
On behalf of We Care for Humanity Organization, enjoy this day full of funny jokes, comedy, whimsical puns and hysterical shows. Most importantly, take the humanitarian route and share the laughter with someone who needs a smile, a humorous jest and a hug. Go out and make someone’s day with a smile and a joke!
