All over the world, families will come together to celebrate a time of love, reflection and look forward prosperity in the New Year.

As we celebrate this joyous holiday, let us reflect on the bigger purpose of our existence: fulfilling our purpose to protect and care for one another. We are to help the less fortunate, celebrate our differences and come together with those differences to make this world even better. As we light the tree, gather around the dinner table and spend time with family, let us remember those in prayer; who are hungry, who are homeless, who are need of medical care, and those who have no loved ones to go home to.
