It’s that time of year again where we celebrate all over the world, for people to know and push for their rights.
December 10, Human Rights Day is of promoting awareness and highlights the efforts of The United Nations to improve global human rights conditions. The day commemorates to honor the day the United Nation’s General Assembly adoption and proclamation, December 10, 1948 the first expression and universal declaration of human rights. 48 nations were in favor to adopt the Universal declaration of human rights and since then, it has translated into 438 languages and dialects. The We Care for Humanity family, The United Nations and the many nations who on this day take time to celebrate unity and compassion for our fellow man, to demonstrate daily support, leadership and establish an ongoing effort to support individuals who need a voice in the everyday struggles of inequalities and strive for more liberated societies. As the founder and president of We Care for Humanity, I enjoin all of you to promote and celebrate Human Rights Day by participating in the #WeCare4HumanRights Campaign. The blindfold signifies the long deprivation of our rights since the beginning of time. The heart commands we no longer allow this oppression, we are ready to fight for our rights.
