It was a seven hour road trip going to Mullaitivu, northern part of Sri Lanka. We Care for Humanity (WCH)'s first stop for humanitarian work in that area was the Feeding at Barathi Home for girls ages 3 to 18 who were orphaned by their parents who died during the civil war.
HH Princess Maria Amor and R.Ravindran together with the whole staff of We Care for Humanity and Patronage of Refugee prepared lunch for the girls and spent time with them touring around the facility to assess the situation of the home for whatever their needs.
Barathi Home needs books and materials for education. The girls quarters need electric fans, blankets and cabinets for their personal belongings.
WCH welcome sponsors for this home, whether in kind or monetary help.
